Noxolo was born in Victoria West in the Northern Cape Province. She holds a Diploma in Financial information systems at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She is currently completing a B-Tech in Internal Auditing.
Noxolo joined Chemin In August 2010 as a Financial Intern and was promoted to Finance Assistant in January 2011 until she completes her one year internship programme. As Financial Assistant, she is responsible for all financial transaction undertaken by the incubator and report to the Finance Officer.
She is also responsible for the mentorship of all incubatees on financial and administration systems. She has previously worked in the Department of Justice as an Administration Officer and at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University as a Supplementary Instructor in financial accounting.
