Chemin presents at the Africa City Leadership Convention 2010   

The 2010 municipal business week was held at Southern Sun Elangeni and the International Convention Centre (ICC) in Durban on 24 - 29 October 2010.    
The convention was chaired and directed by the unconventional Peter Metcalfe who among other things is the chairman of the Foundation for the Development of Africa (FDA) and the Africa Trade Centre (PTY) Ltd, the Vice President of Local Government Business Network and the CEO of Africa Trade Centre.
