The Modderfontein Incubation Centre was established in November 2017. The Centre is funded by SEDA and Gauteng Department of Economic Development, under the Gauteng Chemical and Pharmaceutical Incubation Programme on an annual basis. It is located in Lesedi House, Mc Gowan Avenue, Modderfontein. The Centre is mainly composed of three separate building blocks, a double story building housing CheminMID Scientific Services testing laboratory, training facilities and staff offices. Second building is a Cosmetics Toll Manufacturing facility and the third building a TTF Consortium plant which are sponsored for by the AECI. The Centre is used for the following:

The Thembisa Incubation Centre was established in August 2018. The Centre is funded by SEDA and Gauteng Department of Economic Development, under the Gauteng Chemical and Pharmaceutical Incubation Programme on an annual basis. The Sedibeng Incubation Centre was established in December 2020. The Centre is funded by SEDA and Gauteng Department of Economic Development, under the Gauteng Chemical and Pharmaceutical Incubation Programme on an annual basis. It is located at 5 Moshoeshoe Rd, Science Park, Sebokeng. It is based at University of Vaal and easily reachable by the people of the Vaal including the areas of Sedibeng, Vereeniging and Vanderbijlpark. The building is co-shared by Chemin and the VUT.
